What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Where do you make your clothes?

We are a fully local brand, from fabric creation to the production of our clothes. We work closely with the best manufacturers across Egypt to make our designs come to life.

How do I wash my ONYU items?
  1. For best results, reverse your item before washing and choose either warm or cold water.
  2. We recommend a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, especially for our more delicate fabrics.
  3. Ensure that you wash the item with similar colors and use a mild, bleach-free liquid detergent.
  4. Avoid leaving your items in the washing machine for too long, as this can cause creases to form. After washing, gently shake out any prominent folds or creases before air drying. Avoid tumble drying, as it reduces the lifetime of your clothing. 
  5. To further smoothen the item, iron it on the reverse side using low heat. 
  6. If you prefer not to handle the laundry yourself, professional dry cleaning is a good alternative!
Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?

We may at times run out of certain models that will be restocked again soon. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for,  add your email to the product page, and we will inform you when the product is back in stock.

Orders and Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery and online credit cards payments through our partner Paymob.

Can you cancel an order once it’s placed?

If you'd like to cancel an order that you made online, please email us at within 30 minutes from placing your order and we will do our best to cancel it before it is sent.

If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.

Are you able to hold or delay orders?

No, orders will be processed and shipped placed. We will be unable to change delivery time or delay orders.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

If you'd like to cancel an order that you made or remove some items from your order, please email us at within 30 minutes from placing your order and we will do our best to cancel or modify it before it is sent.

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you'd like to change your shipping address, please email us at within 30 minutes from placing your order and we will do our best to change it before it is sent.


Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Egypt and to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE.

What shipping provider do you use?

We currently ship all our orders via Aramex.

What are your shipping prices?

Deliveries in Cairo: 50 EGP

Deliveries to any other location in Egypt: 90 EGP

International shipping: Delivery cost to Gulf countries will be calculated at checkout and depends on the country and the weight of your cart. Please contact us for delivery rates to any other countries.

Prices include sales tax in most cases. However, orders to the UAE and Saudi Arabia are subject to an additional 15% tax that is applied at checkout. 

How long do orders take to arrive?

You can track your shipment's progress using the 11 digit Aramex tracking number sent in your order confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Incorrect or faulty items can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that items paid for in Cash on Delivery cannot be returned for a refund. They can only be exchanged.

How do I return my order?

Please email us at to initiate a return via Aramex. Return fees will depend on your location (and will be the same as shipping fees). You will be refunded once we receive your item (minus the return shipping amount).

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

We will issue your refund once we receive your items, which takes anywhere between 2-6 business days depending on location. It takes 1-3 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.
